January 10, 2016 food

Breakfast {fp} 1/2c berries over cottage cheese
Lunch:

Went to Disneyland. Ate a taco salad no carb stuff for lunch {S} then went totally crazy at Mongolian bbq. Such a horrible dinner. My blood sugar was 190 four hours after I ate. Oh well tomorrow is fuel cycle.
