January 13, 2015


I am on my first fp day And it was rough. Really really rough. I only took pictures of my first 2 meals but I was starving and hangry all day. 
Breakfast: egg whites, yam noodles, seasoning 
Snack: 000 yogurt and tea. I had a mozzarella balls to get my 5g of fat 
Lunch: I made gluccie pudding and had a few pieces of chicken breast w/ carrots and snap peas 
Dinner: soup made from homemade stock, yam noodles,egg whites. 
All and all it was a super rough day. I decided I'm not cut out for the fp days yet. I figured I would still do 2 E days but I'm doing an S day tomorrow.

January 12, 2016 food

Breakfast {S} eggs in a nest (thm cookbook of 83)
Lunch: {S} leftover Waba veggie bowl. 
Snack: {S} meatballs & veggies with dip
Dinner: we wwnt to Lucile's bbq and it was so hard not to eat the biscuits and apple butter but k had bunless burger and spinach. It was actually amazing.

Breakfast {S} 2 eggs and water
lunch {S} chicken and veggies in crock pot over cauli rice, shinker w splash of cream 
Snack {S} lunch meat & cheese wrapped pickle
Dinner {S} Waba grill veggie bowl with chicken and avocado (I only ate about 1/2)

So, I was lax on taking pictures this was my snack :
I watched my niece and nephew and I made an on plan fajitas so I didn't ruin my diet. I was really proud of myself till I ate 6 Oreos. Yup. 6. Oh well.

Breakfast {fp} 1/2c berries over cottage cheese
Lunch:

Went to Disneyland. Ate a taco salad no carb stuff for lunch {S} then went totally crazy at Mongolian bbq. Such a horrible dinner. My blood sugar was 190 four hours after I ate. Oh well tomorrow is fuel cycle.

New year

A year ago I set out to be a trim healthy mama. Well it didn't last long but I'm happy to say I have been back at it! I weighed myself in August and was shocked. So, back to what I felt was right. I'm happy to say I'm now 36lbs down from August. For the past few weeks though the scale hasn't budged. I know I've lost inches but I really want to see the scale move. Starting tomorrow I'm doing a trim healthy mama fuel cycle. Wish me luck!
