January 13, 2015


I am on my first fp day And it was rough. Really really rough. I only took pictures of my first 2 meals but I was starving and hangry all day. 
Breakfast: egg whites, yam noodles, seasoning 
Snack: 000 yogurt and tea. I had a mozzarella balls to get my 5g of fat 
Lunch: I made gluccie pudding and had a few pieces of chicken breast w/ carrots and snap peas 
Dinner: soup made from homemade stock, yam noodles,egg whites. 
All and all it was a super rough day. I decided I'm not cut out for the fp days yet. I figured I would still do 2 E days but I'm doing an S day tomorrow.
