Trim Healthy Mama

I'm so excited to say I have started a new eating plan! I'm trying to fully stick to it but some meals are easier then other. For now I figure I will just keep a food diary of sorts but I can't wait to fully be a trim healthy mama! 

Breakfast: {Not on plan}
Starbucks feta spinach wrap

Lunch: { S-helper }
Chicken breast (sautéed in evoo)
Broccoli with cheddar cheese sprinkle
Quinoa tabouli 
GGMS

Dinner: {off plan}
Del taco taco salad 

Snack: {S}
Singing canary drink 1/2
Bunless deluxe cheeseburger wendys

All and all I could have done way better. I will be working on it for tomorrow!!
